At Shop Panasonic, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day return window for products in original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and technical exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box, making sure to clear or cover any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your receipt; once our warehouse inspects the electronics, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
